Suitability:	pets not allowed, children welcome though the property is unsuitable for toddlers or babies, non smoking only, long term renters welcome, wheelchair inaccessible due to step into the lounge and stairs to upstairs bedrooms.
Local activities:	surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, roller blading, body boarding, hiking - eating and drinking! Skiing a little further in 2 hours.
Notes:	We have electric heating. Cooling fans. The house has the benefit of a broadband ADSL WiFi internet connection, for those who just have to take the laptop or PDA!! The kitchen is equipped for year round living, there is a combination oven which grills ,bakes, and microwaves, great for those of you who wish to cook. 3 areas suitable for dining, surrounded by gardens, and enclosed decking area. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining and fitted kitchen area. There is also a toilet. The sofa converts to a sprung bed which will sleep two. On the first floor we have two bedrooms, one double with balcony overlooking the garden, one single bed and a single loft bed. You will also find a shower room with vanity basin and toilet. French doors lead out to a dining terrace and deck area, surrounded by gardens with lush planting. There is ample car parking at Le Piteou.

Payment is usually accepted in GB£ Stirling by cheque unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.

We may accept payment by bank transfer in Euros, or by credit card to our PayPal account but only if the costs are accepted by the sender.

Notes to the rental rates

An end of let charge of £40.00, is made and should be paid with final balance, or may be paid locally. The charge is for cleaning, laundry charges are £12 per bed unless specified otherwise - guests may bring their own sheets or launder bedclothes themselves if preferred. A deposit of £200 is requested as a caution against damages (Returned after the let). We require a £150 deposit with booking, the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencement.
Our English speaking agent will meet you and make sure you are happy throughout your stay.
Breakage Deposit cheques will be returned, ( pending the property being returned in the state it was received) within 14 days of the end of your stay. We include electricity charges.
